Fishies

This is a page in my current Art Journal. Started with gesso'n the pages then I used water color crayons to get the blue wash. The right page was covered with pattened paper before the gesso and the blue wash. The border is masking tape. It has been stamp'd with Stazon ink. I saw a tut on this a while back and fell in love. What worked for me was lining up several strips of masking tape about the same length on a plastic quilters ruler and overlapping the stamp'd images, easy clean up and straight lines! This stamp set is Basic Grey. I love the texture of the masking tape on the page.
